  • Plant Care: Upon receipt, promptly unpack plants and provide appropriate care as specified in included instructions.
  • Import Regulations: International customers are responsible for any required phytosanitary documentation and import restrictions.

We strive for accuracy in describing our plants, including size, variety, and growing requirements. However, natural variations may occur.

3.2 Product Availability

  • Fragrant plants and fruit trees cannot be returned once shipped unless damaged
  • Hydrangeas and native plants have a 7-day return window if unplanted

4. Ordering & Payment

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays). You’ll receive confirmation with tracking information upon shipment.

5. Shipping Policy

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL/FedEx, 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS, 15-25 business days after shipment

5.2 Delivery Areas

5.3 Risk of Loss

All items purchased are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most plants if they:

  • Arrived damaged/unhealthy (photos required)
  • Were incorrectly shipped (wrong variety/quantity)
  • Haven’t been planted and are in original condition

6.2 Return Process

6.3 Refunds

Processed within 3-5 business days after we receive returns. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
