Just as we carefully nurture every azalea and crape myrtle in our nursery, we want your shopping experience with Blossom Grove Store to flourish. If your plants don’t arrive in healthy condition or if you’ve changed your gardening plans, our Returns & Exchange policy is here to help.

Our Blooming Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items. Your satisfaction is our sunshine, and we’ll gladly refund or exchange plants that:

  • Arrived damaged or unhealthy (please include photos)
  • Were incorrectly shipped (wrong variety or quantity)
  • Haven’t been planted yet and are in their original condition

Garden Note: Due to their delicate nature, fragrant plants and fruit trees cannot be returned once shipped unless they arrive damaged. Hydrangeas and native plants may be returned within 7 days of receipt if unplanted.

How to Return Your Plants

Follow these simple steps to return your botanical treasures:

  1. Contact our Garden Team within 15 days at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
  2. Receive return instructions – we’ll provide a return authorization number and shipping address
  3. Package carefully – repack plants in their original container with moist soil if possible
  4. Ship back to us at:

  5. Wait for processing – we’ll notify you once we receive and inspect your return

Refund Information

Once your return is processed (typically within 3-5 business days after we receive it):

  • Refund method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Timing: Credit card refunds appear within 5-7 business days; PayPal refunds within 24 hours
  • Shipping costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchange Policy

Prefer a different plant? We’re happy to exchange your item for another botanical beauty of equal value. Simply follow the return process above and indicate you’d like an exchange. We’ll include planting instructions for your new selection!

Special Growing Conditions: For international returns (outside the U.S.), please contact us first as additional phytosanitary documentation may be required. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns from Asia and certain restricted regions.
