What types of plants do you specialize in?

We’re passionate about bringing you vibrant azaleas, stunning crape myrtles, fragrant plants, fruit trees, lush hydrangeas, and native species. Each plant is selected for its beauty and ability to thrive when properly cared for.

Are your plants suitable for beginners?

Absolutely! We cater to all gardening enthusiasts. Our plants come with detailed care instructions, and we’re particularly proud of our hardy native plants that adapt easily to various conditions. For beginners, we recommend starting with our fragrant plants or hydrangeas which are quite forgiving.

Shipping & Delivery

What shipping options do you offer?

We provide two green-thumb-approved options:
1. Standard Shipping ($12.95 via DHL/FedEx): 10-15 days with climate control
2. Free Shipping (orders over $50 via EMS): 15-25 days
All orders receive 1-2 days of careful processing before shipping.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship globally except to certain Asian countries and remote regions. Please note that international shipments may require 2-5 additional days for customs clearance, and some fruit trees need special phytosanitary certificates – we’ll notify you if this applies.

How are plants packaged for shipping?

Every plant is a living masterpiece to us! We use climate-smart packaging with moisture-retaining materials for root balls and protective wrapping for delicate blooms. Summer shipments include complimentary heat protection.

Payments & Orders

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal for your convenience.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Orders can typically be modified within 12 hours of placement. Please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number. Once processing begins (after 1-2 days), we can’t guarantee changes as we’re busy preparing your plants for their journey.

Returns & Guarantees

What if my plant arrives damaged?

Our Happiness Guarantee covers any plants that arrive damaged or fail to thrive within 15 days of delivery. Simply email photos to [email protected], and we’ll replace your plant or issue a store credit.

What’s your return policy?

Due to agricultural regulations, we can’t accept returns of live plants. However, our guarantee ensures you receive healthy plants. If any issues arise within 15 days of delivery, we’ll make it right.

Plant Care

How should I care for my new plants when they arrive?

Welcome your green friends with:
1. Immediate watering
2. 2-3 days in partial shade to acclimate
Each shipment includes variety-specific care instructions to help your plants thrive in their new home.

Why are my plants’ leaves wilting after arrival?

This is normal “transplant shock” – your plants are just adjusting to their new environment. Follow our included care instructions (especially about watering and temporary shade), and they should perk up within a few days.
